Contact: If you have previously contacted me and have not received a response, please feel free to fill out my booking form, as these requests are given priority. When contacting via email or text, please ensure you include your name, the service you wish to book, day/time, and attach any necessary screening information. Booking requests that lack complete information will not be considered. Please allow up to 24-48hrs before sending a follow up. 

 

Screening: I offer several methods for verification: 

1. ID and Selfie: This is the preferred and prioritized method of screening. 

2. Independent Provider Reference: Please include the provider's name, advertisement, and contact information in the additional notes section of your booking form. 

3. P411 Screening: New clients must have an active profile with at least one OKAY received in the last six months and a minimum of five OKAYs over the life of the account. 

4. Deposit: A $100 deposit towards your booking, paid upfront via Cashapp or Venmo. Incall only.

Schedule: Mon-Thursday 10am-2pm 5pm-8pm, Fri/Saturday 10am-9pm. 

Pre-booking is highly encouraged, same day appointments are seldom accepted.

Reference: You are welcome to use me as a reference. However, to maintain the integrity of my name and safety of other providers this courtesy is available only to gentlemen who have visited a minimum of three times, with at least one visit occurring within the past six months. 

 

Location: Private Apartment with free parking located 15 minutes southwest of Minneapolis, plan travel times accordingly.

Cancellations: No penalty for cancellations made with 24hrs+ notice. Cancellations made less than 24hrs notice will require a 25% cancellation fee and a $50 deposit for your next service. No call, no show will result in 50% cancellation fee and $100 deposit for your next service. All bookings must be confirmed 2 hours prior to start time, failure to comply will result in a default cancellation.

Deposits: All new suitors are subject to a $100 deposit for shorter dates, or 20% for dates exceeding 3 hours. . If I need to cancel you can request your deposit back alternatively, you can use the deposit towards your next service. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, deposit will be forfeited. A deposit may be required for any booking request at my sole discretion. 

 

Collaborations: I’m always looking for content collaborations, if you feel you are qualified shoot me an email with this subject line “Collaboration” along with some information about yourself, and photos/portfolio.

Acknowledgement: I am a professional service provider. By requesting a service you are acknowledging any fees or compensation paid to me are for my time and companionship only. Any actions that take place within our contracted timeframe are a matter of mutual choice between consenting adults. Any scenarios, fantasy or otherwise, contained on this website or elsewhere are purely that; they do not constitute any form of contractual obligation. I do not engage in any unlawful acts. I reserve the right not to enter into any arrangement and/or terminate contact for any reason at my sole discretion.
